**Job Title:** Finance Business Partner

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Finance Business Partner. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the business through timely commercial insights, analytical support, and accountability for financial governance and control.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly gross margin reporting and supporting analysis.
  • Partner with the Site Leadership team to identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational focus and performance.
  • Active involvement at site on a daily basis allowing for real-time problem solving, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
  • Preparation of the annual budget, re-forecasts, and provide commentary around variances.
  • Support Capital projects preparation and post CAPEX reviews for site.
  • Monthly site overheads reviews with Site Leadership team.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
