Job Description

This role is a crucial part of the Hexagon's Autonomous Solutions Division, focusing on supporting the Mining sector business. The Finance Business Partner will drive financial performance and provide strategic insights to inform decision-making across the Mining sector business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with senior finance leaders to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with the company strategy.
  2. Support the bi-annual MTFP strategy process and quarterly business review process.
  3. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and guidance on business strategies.
  4. Conduct risk assessment and management activities, identifying potential financial risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  5. Link R&D to offer launch and P&L impact.
  6. Build a cash conversion and recurring revenue culture.
  7. In concert with finance operations, develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  8. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support key business initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Oversee assigned project portfolios, ensuring successful execution of initiatives.
  10. Perform variance analysis and provide explanations for financial performance against budget and forecast.
  11. Actively drive cash conversion performance.
  12. Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or STEM field.
  • CPA / CMA or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in progressive finance business partner positions.
