Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Training and Education Specialist to deliver training programs in the Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences or related fields, along with a minimum of one year of experience in training or student support roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver modules of training across topics from a Human Biology perspective, including Psychological Disorders, Personality, Wellbeing and Mental health, Social Psychology, Academic Communication, Memory and Intelligence.
  • Work closely with students and colleagues to ensure a supportive learning environment.
  • Utilize technology effectively in the classroom, including learning management systems, tablets, and apps.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences or related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in training or student support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with anatomy dissections.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with 16-18 year old students.
  • Ability to manage change and contribute to continuous improvement.
