About the Role

This pivotal position involves leading, coaching and developing a team of skilled professionals.

Key objectives include achieving set performance targets and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing work quality and performance of assigned Diesel Technicians
  • Consistently meeting service delivery standards with repair and maintenance work
  • Fostering a safe working environment with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Effectively managing/monitoring work in progress to meet company benchmarks
  • Leading by example and promoting core values of Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence and Commitment

About You

A successful leader will be a true motivator with a genuine interest in driving team performance.

You will require previous supervisory experience, excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and management.
