About the Role

Greyhound is seeking experienced and passionate drivers to join their team as a Full Time 2 UP Coach Captain based out of Toowoomba.

As a key member of our driving team, you will be responsible for driving a range of coaches across various parts of Australia for scheduled services. Your safety and that of your passengers and vehicle are paramount, so you must ensure that you adhere to all relevant safety protocols.

Providing exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything we do, so you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for every passenger on every service.

Licences/Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A current HR driver licence
  • A current Drivers Authority / Endorsement
  • Demonstrable coach driving experience
  • An outstanding safety focus, including a commitment to your own fitness for duty
  • Experience delivering excellent customer service
  • Time management skills
  • Mechanical knowledge is desirable
