About the Role:
">- Collecting blood and non-blood samples from patients requires attention to detail, care, and compassion.
- Maintaining accurate records for every patient and sample is essential for efficient documentation and data management.
- Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality documentation within strict turnaround times is crucial for our operations.
- Preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing demands organization and attention to detail.
- Liaising with customers, clinic staff, and couriers requires effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
">- Demonstrated experience in Phlebotomy or a healthcare background is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are required for maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently in a solo clinic environment is necessary.
- A valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics are essential.
- Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one is required.
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visa with permission to work is necessary.
Vaccination Requirements:
">- Proof of vaccination against vaccine-preventable diseases such as Hepatitis B is mandatory.
- Other vaccinations based on location may be required.
