Job Description

The Head of Projects is responsible for leading the delivery of complex energy projects from contract execution through operational handover.

This senior role oversees project coordination, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a background in energy infrastructure projects and knowledge of relevant industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic project planning
  • Team leadership and performance optimization
  • Customer relationship management
  • Quality assurance and risk assessment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years' experience managing complex projects and programs
  • 5+ years' experience in energy project delivery preferred
  • Proven track record in building and leading project managers and project teams
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) or equivalent demonstrable experience
