Chief Apiary Manager

We seek an experienced and skilled Chief Apiary Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apiaries in New South Wales.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the workflow of Apiarists, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Develop seasonal plans to maximize honey extraction and efficiency, leveraging expertise in bee behavior and ecosystem management.
- Breed and raise high-quality bees for pollination services and honey production, adhering to industry best practices.
- Maintain optimal bee health through regular monitoring and proactive measures, minimizing risks associated with disease and pests.
- Coordinate flowering lifecycle management to optimize honey-bearing flora utilization and ensure maximum pollination effectiveness.
- Cultivate strong relationships with horticulture corps to meet their pollination needs, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated expertise in breeding, raising, and maintaining healthy bee colonies.
- Exceptional communication, team building, and analytical skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and innovation.
