About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the delivery of product enhancements and innovations within our Capture team. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to research best practices, leverage data-driven insights, and drive decision-making with stakeholders.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where you'll take ownership of product development, from concept to delivery. You'll be responsible for shaping and owning the immediate and long-term product roadmap, highlighting dependencies and priorities with other teams, and managing stakeholder engagement.

Your primary focus will be on driving speed and quality improvements across our user experience, working collaboratively with engineers, business analysts, designers, and QA specialists. You'll also manage the release of products end-to-end, including supporting communication and training activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of product enhancements and innovations within the Capture team
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to research best practices and leverage data-driven insights
  • Shape and own the immediate and long-term product roadmap
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, including customers, brokers, and internal teams
  • Drive speed and quality improvements across the user experience

Requirements:

  • Experience in Product Management, preferably in the home loans or finance sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to drive results through influence and empowerment
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products and services
