About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Subscription Product Manager to join our team at Optus Sport. As a key member of our subscription growth team, you will be responsible for driving subscription revenue and customer growth through data-driven insights and customer-centric initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute subscription growth strategies to maximize revenue and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new subscription offers and initiatives
  • Analyze customer data and emerging trends to inform subscription growth strategies
  • Lead the development of commercial models to maximize revenue and ROI
  • Foster seamless workflows with Marketing, Insights, Product, and Tech teams to ensure successful launch of initiatives
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in managing subscription performance in media or e-commerce enterprises
  • Proven product management and commercial skills in working with numbers to develop high ROI initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills in walking stakeholders and cross-functional teams through strategic ideation to tangible outcomes
  • Proven experience leading customer growth with proven ability to lead and leverage resources towards a common goal
  • Assertiveness and ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
