Key Responsibilities
  • Workshop Management: Efficiently manage the coordination and scheduling of workshop service requirements, including maintenance, system installation and commissioning, fabrication, electrical and testing.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure the efficient operation of equipment by establishing preventative maintenance and servicing schedules.
  • Team Leadership: Support, coach, and manage the service/maintenance team to a high standard, promoting a positive commitment to company values, safety, and workshop systems.
  • Customer Service: Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for effective service delivery.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily paperwork, including job sheets, toolbox meetings, pre-starts, and manage rostering requirements to ensure personnel availability meets job schedules.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a workshop supervisory or similar role, preferably in the hire industry.
  • Skills: Demonstrated understanding of relevant plant, equipment, pipe works, and installations; high-level problem-solving and communication skills; proven leadership ability to develop, empower, and motivate employees.
  • Certifications: Current C-class Driver's License; MR Truck License; ability to read and test pumps to OEM pump curves.
