About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in developing and implementing quality frameworks, as well as leading high-performing teams to drive business success.
  • This leadership position requires a deep understanding of quality engineering principles and methodologies, including test automation and quality assurance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust quality frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services
  • Lead teams of quality engineers to achieve outstanding results in test automation and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality initiatives that drive business growth and innovation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional outcomes
