Heavy Vehicle Service Coordinator

As a pivotal member of our heavy vehicle service team, you will play a key role in building relationships with internal and external clients.

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of truck and heavy equipment parts, systems, and applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Responsiveness to client enquiries through email, phone, and online platforms.
  • Scheduling of servicing and repair bookings, creation of job numbers, job cards allocation, and communication with workshop technicians.
  • Support for the stores division on parts interpretation, pricing, availability, ordering, and delivery.
  • Direct point of contact for clients' equipment drop-off and collection.
  • Assistance in coordinating third-party attendances for COI, OEM diagnostics, etc.
  • Liaison with clients for service updates, repairs, and additional requirements.
  • Close collaboration with management, administration, procurement, and mechanical teams.
  • Creation of quotations and service reports.
  • Collation of relevant workshop and parts information to complete invoices.
  • Communication with clients for repair approvals and invoice closures.
