Primary Health Care Trainee Position

The role will be the patient's first point of contact at one of our medical clinics, providing a vital link between our clients and the health services they need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet clients with informative communication skills and professionalism.
  • Answer all phone calls and messages in accordance with our triage process.
  • Book appointments using our MMex system to ensure efficient management of client schedules.
  • Maintain specialist calendars to facilitate seamless coordination among healthcare teams.
  • Ensure confidentiality is observed at all times when dealing with patient information.

  • A competitive salary of $45,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation.
