Rehabilitation Consultant

Our client is a leading national rehabilitation and safety company with over 20 years of experience. They are currently seeking an experienced rehabilitation consultant to join their team based in Sydney, NSW.

The company offers comprehensive services in Rehabilitation, Wellbeing, and Safety to thousands of Australian businesses and workers.

The team at this company is committed to reducing the financial and human cost of illness and injury by promoting a positive safety culture in Australian workplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting initial assessments to determine the rehabilitation needs of clients
  • Developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans to help clients achieve their goals
  • Coordinating and liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey
  • Completing detailed reports on clients' progress and outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or Psychology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures relating to rehabilitation services
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
