Neurology Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Neurology Nurse to join our team in New South Wales, Australia.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in neurology nursing and be able to commit to contracts between 6-24 weeks in length.

About the Role:
  • Provide comprehensive care to individuals with acute and chronic conditions, including medication administration and collaborative care planning.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care and support patients and families in decision-making and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing individual needs and circumstances.
  2. Maintain accurate records and contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives.
  3. Supervise and mentor ENs and AINs where required, promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in neurology nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
