Job Description

As a senior project manager, you will oversee site activities, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects. You will work on a diverse portfolio of commercial and retail projects with values exceeding $10 million.

  • Develop programs and adhere to building codes and standards
  • Conduct site inspections, establish and test facilities
  • Provide regular and monthly reports
  • Maintain OH&S compliance
  • Induct subcontractors and manage client relationships
  • Resolve onsite issues and meet deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in construction management or a similar field
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working on commercial projects
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Confidence, motivation, and a positive attitude
