We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Claims Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be part of our claims team, supporting our insurance agency, and will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a constant workload.
The ideal candidate will have two or more years of experience in property claims and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Additionally, they should have knowledge of State/Territory specific legislation as it applies to insurance related matters and literacy in technology and systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing a professional claims handling service to clients, managing an end-to-end portfolio of Strata Property claims, and liaising with customers and internal parties to coordinate claim resolution.
The successful applicant will be rewarded with a salary package commensurate with experience and will enjoy a high-performance culture, a supportive team environment, and ongoing career opportunities.
