Job Responsibilities
  • Support sales teams by highlighting product features and clinical capabilities to meet customer needs, fostering effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Advise and assist customers on implementing optimal clinical procedures and protocols to maximize equipment effectiveness, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
  • Deliver high-quality clinical education sessions to customers, adhering to established organisational standards, guidelines, and product-specific training materials, promoting expertise and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of local customer bases and conduct regular site visits to maintain relationships and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide first- and second-line support to customers and clinical support associates, offering guidance and expertise as needed, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will need a customer-first attitude and the following:

  • A postgraduate qualification in medical ultrasound, providing a strong foundation in technical skills and knowledge.
  • At least 2 years' experience as an accredited medical sonographer across various clinical areas, demonstrating expertise and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, promoting flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, ensuring efficient prioritisation and task completion.
