This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join NSW Health as an Operational Leader for Sterilisation Services. As a key member of the Sterilisation Services Department, you will be responsible for maintaining the operation of the department and providing leadership and operational management to staff.
Key Responsibilities- Support day-to-day workflow and challenges while providing direction to staff.
- Manage operational and workforce issues to ensure continuous effective service delivery.
- Practice, adhere to, and keep up to date with the standards of the Sterilisation Services Department and NSW Health.
- Demonstrate a high standard of professional ethics aligning with the NSW Health Code of Conduct and CORE Values.

- Demonstrate experience in managing staff within a complex environment that includes workload, roster creations and allocations, HR, development, and supervision.
- Demonstrate experience in development or implementation of policies and procedures.
