Retail Store Manager

Ghanda Clothing is a leading Australian-owned and operated clothing brand with over 100 locations across the nation. We're on the hunt for a talented Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Wollongong, NSW.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of up to 15 team members, providing coaching and training to ensure their success.
- Drive the Ghanda values with your store team, maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
- Liaise with your Stock Allocator to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store, maximising return on floor space.
- Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports, and store/team compliance.
We're looking for someone with demonstrated leadership experience, who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values. You should think customer first, nail the fundamentals, and take retail seriously. Similar experience in a retail/hospitality role is a plus, but we value the right attitude over experience.
