Key Responsibilities:

The primary objectives of this role include:

  • Delivering seamless and integrated application experiences that support staff productivity.
  • Anticipating industry trends and working with stakeholders to develop SaaS solutions that empower future workforces.
  • Ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of business-critical SaaS platforms.
  • Designing and implementing AI and automation strategies and solutions across internal application environments.
  • Driving high levels of adoption and satisfaction across the internal toolset.
  • Leading the implementation of knowledge management strategies and rollouts of new knowledge platforms within the organisation.
  • Ensuring data retention and governance practices are embedded into platform and process design.
  • Supporting and growing a high-performing team of systems and solutions engineers.
