School and Community Engagement Manager

At World Vision Australia, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in building and expanding partnerships with schools, educational institutions, and community organizations.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Australian schooling system and how our work can connect into the Australian education landscape/curriculum. They will also have experience in identifying, building, and growing strategic partnerships and fostering key relationships for sustainable mutual benefit.

  • Develop and execute detailed account plans to engage schools and community organizations.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure aligned actions that support organizational objectives.
  • Foster ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders to integrate new partnerships into campaigns and initiatives.
  • Engage with key school and community leaders daily, managing the 40HR Famine strategy and partnerships to enhance involvement with programs.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of the 40HR Famine within schools and community groups.
  • Build relationships with school and community leaders to enhance involvement and drive deeper engagement with programs.
  • Contribute to the achievement of participant targets for key campaigns.
  • Ensure the effective delivery and growth of campaigns that engage and motivate community members.
