About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Healthengine. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in improving how Australians connect with their primary care providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand customer needs and convert opportunities into sales
  • Match our subscription-based products and services with customer needs
  • Close deals and contribute to health outcomes across Australia
  • Work with a great product and a growing market to succeed and hit targets
  • Engage in proactive outbound calls to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Maintain quality data in Salesforce for timely and accurate reporting
  • Maintain a positive customer journey and ensure a smooth handover to our Customer teams
  • Achieve individual and team targets
  • Participate in team development and cultural activities
  • Maintain strong relationships with our Customer Success, Support, and Marketing teams

Requirements
  • Demonstrate an ability to close sales and overcome customer objections with a consultative, solution approach to selling
  • Expertly manage a healthy pipeline and achieve a high conversion on leads
  • Identify opportunities and key selling signals
  • Demonstrate a track record in driving successful outbound sales efforts
  • Be resilient and possess a technical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and be a self-starter
