About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our team at CMI Electrical Products, a leading manufacturer and supplier of Electrical Cable and Industrial Products.

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to promote products and services, meeting sales targets and customer needs. You will also prepare accurate and timely quotes for customers, ensuring all details are clear and meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to promote products and services, meet sales targets and customer needs.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes for customers, ensuring all details are clear and meet their requirements.
  • Proactively follow up on quotes provided to customers to encourage decision-making and address any questions or concerns.
  • Deliver exceptional service in every customer interaction, ensuring a positive experience that fosters loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support.
  • Efficiently process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to meet customer demands.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a customer service position within a wholesale or retail environment. You should have strong customer service and communication skills, excellent work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Ability to multitask, team player, and intermediate computer skills are also essential.

Electrical Industry experience is welcomed, but more important is you, the person. Enthusiasm, energy, the ability, and desire to learn are definite requirements to ensure your success.
