About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at CMI Electrical Products.

This role will involve engaging with customers over the phone to promote products and services, meet sales targets, and customer needs.

You will also be responsible for preparing accurate and timely quotes for customers, ensuring all details are clear and meet their requirements.

Additionally, you will proactively follow up on quotes provided to customers to encourage decision-making and address any questions or concerns.

Delivering exceptional service in every customer interaction is crucial, ensuring a positive experience that fosters loyalty.

You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support.

Efficiently processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to meet customer demands, is also an essential part of this role.

This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service position within a wholesale or retail environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent work ethic and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask
  • Team player
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Electrical Industry experience is welcomed but more important is you, the person
  • Enthusiasm, energy, the ability and desire to learn are definite requirements to ensure your success
