About the Role

As an Electrical Sales Specialist at IPD Australia, you will be responsible for promoting our electrical products and services to customers, meeting sales targets, and exceeding customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. You will be working closely with the QLD Sales Manager and other team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers over the phone to promote products and services, meet sales targets, and address customer needs.
  • Quote Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely quotes for customers, ensuring all details are clear and meet their requirements.
  • Follow-up and Follow-through: Proactively follow up on quotes provided to customers to encourage decision-making and address any questions or concerns.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service in every customer interaction, ensuring a positive experience that fosters loyalty.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support.
  • Purchase Order Processing: Efficiently process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to meet customer demands.
About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in a customer service position within a wholesale or retail environment is essential. Strong customer service and communication skills are also required, as well as excellent computer skills.
