Job Description

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by providing timely analytics and business insights that drive successful performance against established key performance indicators (KPIs).

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to partner with sales leaders, drive operational rigor, and go-to-market planning and execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent a plus.
  • Proven experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Clari, Salesforce (Sales Cloud), Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proven experience with sales analytics, forecasting, pipeline management, and territory/quota planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting senior sales leadership with reporting, business reviews, and strategic planning.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with sales compensation design or systems (e.g., Xactly) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and a passion for process improvement.
