We are seeking an experienced full-time and casual Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Australia's largest hotel. Benefits for working with Hyatt include:

The ideal Bartender is someone who has a passion for their craft and is wanting to experience a fast-paced and vibrant environment. We are looking for confident, well-presented, and hardworking candidates with a can-do attitude who can create exceptional experiences for our guests. With the opportunity to develop cocktails using unique ingredients and methods, there is always something to learn in this role.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • An ability to thrive under pressure and work in a high-paced environment
  • Previous bar and floor experience in a similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of classic and signature cocktails
  • Ability to provide professional customer service-friendly personality
  • Excellent presentation and grooming
  • Proven ability to work autonomously
  • Strong communication skills
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Current RSA
  • Must be available to work on a flexible, rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
