We are seeking an experienced Host to join our team at Zephyr Bar, a luxury sky bar located on Level 12 of Hyatt Regency Sydney. As the face of Zephyr Bar, you will delight our guests with your bubbly and friendly personality, creating lasting impressions with our guests and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the management team with the daily operations of the venue
- Delight our guests with your exceptional service and friendly demeanor
- Anticipate guests' needs through observation and provide personalized service
- Work a 7-day, rotating roster with late night finishes
- Hold a valid NSW RSA
- Previous experience as a Host in a bar/restaurant environment
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
- A passion for people and providing exceptional service
- Excellent interpersonal skills
