Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and imaginative Junior Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing the bi-weekly visual merchandising strategy across multiple regions and assist in global merchandising initiatives. Our team is eager to welcome someone who is ready to grow alongside us and eventually take charge of their own market or area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of bi-weekly visual merchandising briefs.
- Oversee the management of product samples and maintain the image library.
- Collaborate closely with retail teams to ensure effective communication of visual merchandising updates to stores.
- Build and maintain relationships across various departments to align each visual merchandising brief with specific regional objectives.
- Participate in collaborative sessions with marketing and design teams to brainstorm and develop creative in-store campaigns.
- Provide market feedback to the business along with actionable solutions to enhance sales performance.
- Support strategic merchandising projects as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficient in Mac applications, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (preferred), with basic Excel skills.
- Experience in a similar role or a strong background in visual merchandising within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress effectively to meet team deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and capability to analyze sales reports.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas confidently.
- Adaptable to change with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Creative and able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team setting.
