Water Infrastructure Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a Principal Engineer to lead our water infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers to expand their career in a dynamic consulting and design environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of various water infrastructure projects, including networks and wastewater treatment plant upgrades and renewals.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion, including involvement in the bidding phase, concept design, detailed design, tendering, and construction phase support.
  • Ensure quality assurance processes are followed, delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal colleagues as part of multidisciplinary teams and project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:

The following qualifications and experience are highly desirable:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications & registration as a Professional Engineer (RPEQ/CPEng).
  • Demonstrated experience in water and/or wastewater projects within a dynamic consulting and design environment.
  • Experience in leading project/technical teams.
  • An interest in mentoring and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable Australian codes and standards.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality work and excellent client engagement skills.
