We provide end-to-end solutions for process and non-process water infrastructure – from dams, pump stations, and reservoirs to water and wastewater treatment plants. With expertise in early contractor involvement and sustainable design, our team future-proofs high-functioning water infrastructure assets, extending operational efficiencies.

Our Water team based in Brisbane is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead innovative and sustainable water infrastructure projects across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-to-end project results across multidiscipline water utility projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs, and pipelines.
  • Drive financial performance through forecasting, cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery.
  • Manage and mentor project teams, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering (desired), or trade background with Cert IV in Project Management.
  • 8+ years' industry experience, including managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
  • Proven capability in project financial management and contract administration.
  • Strong leadership, client engagement, and communication skills.
