Job Title: Part-Time Handyman

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete tasks efficiently.

  • Clean work areas to high standards on completion of work.
  • Identify problems beyond your scope of abilities and report them to the relevant authorities.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain plants, lawns, and pool surrounds in excellent condition.
  • Monitor pool water quality regularly.
  • Undertake painting of internal and external walls, doors, and features as required.
  • Complete repairs to fixtures and fittings promptly.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and guests.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Personal hygiene and grooming are essential.
