Buyers Administration Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Buyers Administration Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Products team.

This role will be the backbone of our Buying function, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and timely product launches.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate documents, reports, and spreadsheets for seasonal ranges and launches.

In addition, the successful candidate will coordinate product samples for meetings, photoshoots, and presentations, while also supporting communication with suppliers and maintaining up-to-date product data and critical-path timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and maintaining documents, reports, and spreadsheets for seasonal ranges and launches
  • Coordinating product samples for meetings, photoshoots, and presentations
  • Supporting communication with suppliers, including purchase orders and product information requests
  • Maintaining accurate product data, marketing documents, and critical-path timelines
Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
