Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend the perfect kitchen, bathroom and laundry solutions.
  • Manage the customer journey end-to-end — from quotation through to sale, coordinating delivery and installation, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain exceptional customer relationships — creating customers for life.
  • Stay up to date with product and system knowledge through our comprehensive training and support.
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment.
