Senior Client Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Advisor to join our organization. As an Ambassador, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, developing a client portfolio, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and/or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships both in and outside the boutique.
  • Proactively bring in new and develop existing clientele.
  • Demonstrate high watchmaking and bespoke sales skills.
  • Ensure each client receives exceptional customer service.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and Maison history.
  • Assist clients with Customer Service needs, before or after sales.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years previous experience in watches or high-value luxury product sales preferred.
  • Eagerness to sell and to learn.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities.
  • Excellent computer skills with SAP exposure is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Self-starter with team-player approach.
