About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead our team at Rocky Bay. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinical services and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to a team of professionals to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the management of clinical services, including staff supervision, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and development within the clinical services division and develop strategies to achieve these goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, staff, and partners.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of five years' experience in a leadership role within the Allied Health sector.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of clinical services and operations, with a strong understanding of quality assurance and risk management principles.
  • Education: A relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as healthcare management or a related discipline.
