Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working on commercial construction projects valued between $1M-$10M, with a strong understanding of construction documents and ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, programs, schedules etc.

A Trade Certificate or Tertiary Qualification in Project Management, Engineering or Construction Management is essential, along with good analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively at all levels, hold a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel regionally for projects as necessary. Previous experience on Defence Projects will be highly regarded.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-quality results
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Manager / Site Supervisor on commercial construction projects
  • Trade Certificate or Tertiary Qualification in Project Management, Engineering or Construction Management
  • Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft suite of programs
  • Ability to read and understand construction documents
  • Valid driver's license and ability to receive a Defence Security Clearance
