About the OpportunityThis 12 to 15 month fixed term opportunity involves providing a range of professional, business-focused HR services, including managing complex employee relations issues and guiding on restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Key responsibilities include providing guidance on organisational initiatives, supporting management capability development, and coaching managers and supervisors.
- The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field, be self-directed, and possess strong influencing and negotiation skills.
