Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee end-to-end operations, drive growth, and ensure excellence in production, sales, and compliance.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to operate strategically and practically. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in managing daily facility operations and ensuring smooth workflow across departments
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and cold chain logistics
  • Business management skills with budget management and growth identification skills
  • Hands-on leadership ability with excellent people management and communication skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production, inventory, logistics, and dispatch, as well as managing supplier relationships and controlling input costs. They will also be responsible for forecasting and managing stock levels according to seasonal demand, ensuring workplace safety and regulatory compliance, and driving sales through business development and pricing strategies.
