Our Frontline Fuel Team Member Role

We are seeking a Frontline Fuel team member to join our frontline team at our Bomaderry store. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer experiences and create a welcoming environment for our customers.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations.
  • Promote products and deals in-store through effective visual merchandising and communication with customers.
  • Operate point of sale systems and manage fuel/stock deliveries efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate stock control and presentation of our stores to maintain a premium image.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail and customer service experience preferred.
  • A confident attitude and energetic approach to work.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
