Key Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Civil Engineer to join our team. As the lead civil engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and documentation of various urban, land, and subdivision projects across a regional client portfolio.

About This Opportunity
  • You will lead the civil design and project management of urban, land, and subdivision projects from feasibility through to construction, ensuring that projects meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Develop technical reports, specifications, and proposals to support project delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and contribute to the growth and development of our business in civil engineering.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Substantial experience in civil engineering design and project delivery, preferably in an urban development context.
  • Excellent understanding of current civil engineering technologies, including design, modeling, and construction.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Business development skills, local industry knowledge, and connections in the market.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including report writing.
