IT Systems Training Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking an IT Systems Training Specialist to support the rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of key operational IT systems across our global business.
You will be based at our head office and deliver engaging training across various teams, helping staff confidently use systems that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured IT systems training across our global teams
- Create engaging training content using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Facilitate training via video, one-on-one, and small group sessions
- Audit training effectiveness and adapt materials based on feedback
- Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor training to business needs
- Conduct system testing and validation prior to deployment
- Maintain User Guides
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in IT systems training, ERP support, or similar roles. You should have a good understanding of enterprise systems across Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Finance.
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences are essential. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, and willing to travel occasionally for onsite support.
