
Retail Store Leadership Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives, manage budgets, and coach and develop your team members. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and store appearance.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail specialists to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A proven track record of leadership and management experience in a retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, employees, and suppliers.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and take calculated risks.
- A strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
