Portfolio Coordinator Job Description About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Coordinator to join our team and support change across the University. The successful candidate will coordinate the project portfolio, manage the PPM tool and SharePoint, deliver data analysis and reporting, and contribute to the enhancement of project management frameworks and processes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the project portfolio and ensure effective implementation of projects
  • Manage the PPM tool and SharePoint to support project delivery
  • Develop and deliver high-quality data analysis and reporting
  • Contribute to the enhancement of project management frameworks and processes
Requirements To be suitable for this role, you will need to have:
  • Experience in Project Management Office (PMO) practices and processes
  • Quality reporting and analytical skills
  • Strategic Influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal, written and presentations
  • Flexible & Agile Mindset
  • Stakeholder Management skills
  • High-level interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability and skills in the use of Microsoft Office software packages
