Project Delivery Specialist

The Authority Works Team manages our interface with government entities and other authorities involved in major infrastructure projects. We ensure these external projects don't compromise our infrastructure and services.

As a Project Officer, you'll support the delivery of key projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, assisting with stakeholder communications, and helping manage risks to assets.

You'll work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of authority works projects from planning through to completion
  • Lead on a range of authority works tasks and minor projects
  • Coordinate stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of project timelines, risks, costs, and communications
  • Liaise with external authorities and contractors to schedule work and track progress
  • Review reports and updates for stakeholders
