At the forefront of aviation excellence, we seek a visionary leader to spearhead our AH-64 Apache Sustainment Program.

This strategic role demands an individual with exceptional leadership skills, adept at mentoring and guiding teams towards outstanding performance.

  • Lead the training and development of local workforce in Diploma Aeroskills and Cert II Aircraft Line Maintenance pathways.
  • Manage personnel recruitment, onboarding, mandatory training, site access, leave, time accounting and on-the-job skilling for apprentices and aircraft workers.
  • Forge strong alliances with Defence stakeholders and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Excellence: Foster a culture of excellence by providing inspirational leadership and guidance to trainees, driving exceptional performance and results.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work in tandem with Boeing and CoA leadership to integrate efforts and deliver outstanding outcomes.
  • Foster Team Development: Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to lead and manage a large team of technical personnel, promoting safety, harmony, and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Possess formal qualifications in either Part 145 Aviation Maintenance Organisation and/or Part 147 Aviation Maintenance Training Organisation.
  • Hold a Military Aircraft Maintenance Licence with supervisory exclusion removed.
  • Proven experience in training, managing and leading teams of technical personnel in an aviation maintenance environment.
