High Performance Transmission Specialist

This is a high-performance position that requires exceptional skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide forecast, sales and technical support to US customers in order to achieve sales through meeting customer expectations and to enforce our position as a world leader in Motorsports Transmissions.
- Establish, maintain and manage strong working relationships with new and existing customers at all levels.
- Process and manage internal forecast, customer quotations and orders, including leading customer communications.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Manage customer projects throughout the business in a coordinated, focused, structured and well-controlled manner, using designated tools and processes.
- Support Buildshop service activity by maintaining an up-to-date service schedule and advising customers on recommended part replacements.
- Answer customer enquiries within specified business sector.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Preparation of proposals/quotes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work constructively under pressure.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong motivational skills and good project management ability.
- Ability to build strong working relationships externally and internally.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Awareness of confidentiality.
