About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pathology Collector to join our team at Dorevitch Pathology, a leading healthcare organization in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood and non-blood samples from patients with care and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for every patient and sample.
  • Deliver documentation within strict turnaround times to ensure seamless laboratory operations.
  • Prepare and package specimens for transport and testing, adhering to strict protocols.
  • Liaise with customers, clinic staff, and couriers to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

  • Vaccine preventable disease evidence, such as Hepatitis B, is a requirement for this role.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with excellent customer service and communication skills, a high level of empathy, and the ability to work autonomously.

Transferable skills gained in other positions within the healthcare industry are highly desirable.

You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, a New Zealand citizen, or hold a valid visa with permission to work.
